Order Handling & Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 24–48 working hours. In case of maintenance, the shipping timelines may be affected. If you do not receive shipping information, kindly contact us through email at Support@labessensia.com.

Order and Address Handling

1. Address Accuracy: Ensure full and correct addresses, including Pin Code, are provided. Orders and addresses cannot be changed after placement. Each order ships to a single specified address.

2. Order Cancellation: In exceptional cases, orders may be cancelled due to unserviceability. Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited within 48 hours of cancellation.

Delivery Attempts and Multiple Products

1. Delivery Attempts: Courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. In case all attempts fail, we will contact you to arrange delivery.

2. Multiple Products: Orders containing multiple products may be shipped in separate packages with individual tracking numbers, which may extend the overall delivery time.
